Dear Mr Scally,

Myself and my wife were at Splashes Leisure Pool for a swim. We shared the pool with students and staff from the Gillingham School. The pupils were a credit to themselves, the staff, the school and the club. They were respectful of other swimmers and were polite and well behaved throughout our stay.

I know that the club is more than what eleven players achieve on the pitch and I think the school and its achievements brings great credit to the club and, if I might be permitted to say so, to yourself.

I am a club season ticket holder so the success of the school also gives me pride in what it is giving to the local community.

Yours sincerely,

A season ticket holder
